We are looking for an IT Support & Customer Services position (work from home) to join our company. This job would suit someone who has experience and enjoys providing customers support and training with a smile and who is looking to build a long-term career in IT Support/ customer service environment.

The successful candidate will work with the IT Team to set up and train our EPoS system to customers and support them when they use our systems as customer services.


  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience with IT equipment (Windows environment, networking, hardware and software installations)
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Be available for out of hours support


  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Setup EPoS system to new or existing customers
  • Online training EPoS system
  • Support customer via phone, email, remote
  • Comfortable with Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc)
  • Experience of using Photoshop, Remote Desktop Services, and firewalls broadband are desired.


Working knowledge of EPoS software and hardware

Telesales Sales Executive Job Description

We are looking for a sales executive to join our company in the Sales Team. This job would suit someone who enjoys working in a sales environment, some telephone/customer-facing sales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to drive up average order values by upselling, and assist customers with their queries. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise.

Full training on our industry will be provided however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.

In a nutshell

  • Drive sales from potential customers by familiarizing and offering services according to the needs of the customers via cross-selling and upselling.
  • Liaise with our customers on a daily basis via telephone, live chat and email.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a personalized, efficient and friendly service with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution.
  • Train to become an expert in the company formation industry.
  • Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets both individually and as a team.
